These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SwiftCraft Academy’s website (swiftcraftacademy.com) and online courses (“Services”). By enrolling in a course or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Creation and Access

3.1 Account creation

Upon successful payment, we automatically create a student account using the email address you provided. We send your login credentials (username and a temporary password) to that email address.

3.2 Password security

You are required to change your temporary password upon first login. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@swiftcraftacademy.com if you suspect unauthorized account access

3.3 One account per student

Each enrollment creates one account tied to one email address. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited (see Section 7).

4. Course Content and Access

4.1 What you receive

Upon successful enrollment, you receive:

• Access to all video lessons, written materials, and PDFs for your enrolled course tier
• Access to quizzes and assessments
• A unique Student ID
• Email support at support@swiftcraftacademy.com

4.2 Lifetime access

You have lifetime access to your enrolled course content, subject to:

• Continued availability of our website and platform
• Your compliance with these Terms
• The platform technology remains commercially viable (in case of platform discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice)

“Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of SwiftCraft Academy as a business.

4.3 Self-paced learning

Our courses are self-paced video content. You can:

• Watch lessons at your own pace
• Revisit any lesson at any time
• Take quizzes at your convenience

4.4 Live sessions and recordings

If your course includes live sessions and you miss one, recordings will be made available within a reasonable time after the session.

4.5 Course updates

We may update course content from time to time. Updates will be made available to all enrolled students at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Once you complete payment for a course, you are guaranteed access to that course at the price you paid.

5.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card or banking information. Razorpay’s terms apply to the payment transaction itself: https://razorpay.com/terms/

5.3 Coupons

We may offer promotional coupons (e.g., SWIFT10) from time to time. Coupons:

• Must be applied at the time of enrollment
• Cannot be applied retroactively
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Are non-transferable

5.4 Course upgrades

You may upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference. The upgrade fee is calculated as: (Higher tier price) − (Lower tier price). If you originally enrolled with the SWIFT10 coupon, the same discount will apply to your upgrade.

5.5 Taxes

Currently, we are not GST-registered (turnover below the ₹20 lakh threshold). Should this change, applicable GST will be added to course fees as required by law.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

Briefly: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment, no questions asked.

7. Acceptable Use and Code of Conduct

7.1 Prohibited activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account login credentials with anyone
• Allow others to access course content using your account
• Download, copy, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce video lessons or course materials
• Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or share course content with third parties (free or paid)
• Upload course content to file-sharing services, torrents, or any public platforms
• Modify or create derivative works from course materials
• Use course content for commercial purposes (e.g., to teach others or compete with us)
• Use the website in any way that violates Indian law or these Terms
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website’s normal operation

7.2 Consequences of violation

If we detect violations of these rules, including unauthorized sharing of course content:

• Your account will be terminated immediately without a refund
• We reserve the right to take legal action for damages
• Any forfeit or damages will be in addition to, not in place of, other available remedies

7.3 Detection

We use various technical and behavioral methods to detect unauthorized access and content sharing. By enrolling, you acknowledge our right to monitor for such violations.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our content

All course content — including videos, written materials, code samples, presentations, quizzes, and graphics — is the intellectual property of SwiftCraft Academy and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

8.2 Limited license

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access the course content for personal, non-commercial educational use
• Use the materials solely for your own learning

This license does not grant you ownership of the content. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

8.3 Your projects

Code, projects, and apps you build during the course are yours. You are free to use them for personal portfolios, commercial work, or any other purpose.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Educational content only

Our courses provide educational content about iOS development. We do not guarantee:

• Specific employment outcomes or job placements
• That you will become a professional iOS developer upon course completion
• Specific salary or income outcomes
• Acceptance into Apple Developer Program (which is governed by Apple’s terms)

Your success depends on your effort, prior knowledge, and external factors beyond our control.

9.2 Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may experience downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Hosting provider issues
• Force majeure events
• Technical failures

9.3 Third-party content

Our courses may reference third-party tools, libraries, or services (e.g., Apple’s Xcode, third-party APIs). We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftCraft Academy, its proprietor, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unauthorized use of course content
• Your infringement of any third party’s rights

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by you

You may stop using our Services at any time. To formally close your account, email us at support@swiftcraftacademy.com.

12.2 Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms (especially the acceptable use rules in Section 7)
• You provided false information during enrollment
• Required by law
• We discontinue the Service (in which case we will provide reasonable notice)

If we terminate your account due to your violation of these Terms, you forfeit any right to refunds.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SwiftCraft Academy regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
